Letter from the President - Membership Rates Available

California Neurology Society CNS • May 29, 2026
Dear Colleagues,

A new initiative extending our reduced member conference registration rates

Dear Colleagues,

On behalf of the California Neurology Society (CNS), I would like to warmly invite you to participate in our upcoming CNS hybrid conferences and educational activities.

CNS has long been committed to advancing education, advocacy, collegiality, and updates in neuroscience directly applicable to patient care. As our profession continues to navigate evolving challenges in healthcare delivery, we believe collaboration among neurologists across state societies has become more important than ever.

In that spirit, CNS is pleased to announce a new initiative extending our reduced member conference registration rates not only to CNS members, but also to neurologists who are members in good standing of their respective state neurology society organizations.

Importantly, our CNS hybrid conferences maintain a strong advocacy component, with approximately one and a half hours of dedicated advocacy programming incorporated into each conference. These sessions focus on current legislative, policy, practice, and patient-care issues impacting neurologists and the communities we serve. The participation of our colleagues from other state societies, in person and by Zoom, would be welcome.

We believe opportunities to learn together, exchange ideas, collaborate on advocacy, and strengthen professional community ultimately benefit the patients we all serve.

We warmly welcome participation from colleagues across the country and look forward to building stronger bridges among our state neurology societies in the years ahead.

With best regards,

Jeff Klingman, MD
